My Wonderful Hoilday

It finally happened, the holidays were here and so was Ramadan. I felt excited about the holidays But everything didn’t go as planned, I was expecting to go somewhere nice but since Ramadan was here we it couldn’t happen so most of the holidays I was in inside doing normal stuff like monopoly or games. I went on my PSP the most and played my favourite game, Lego Pirates of the Caribbean and since I had already finished the whole game I was collecting souvenir bottles to unlock models but for some reason I couldn't get the last model. The level had a lot of places, maybe I wasn’t looking hard enough.

A few days later I enter the cabin shop and find something called extras, I click the x button and some pretty cool stuff appear. There was a banana sword, 2 4 6 8 and 10 x stud multiplier and a whole lot of other stuff, But I didn’t have enough studs so I got the 2 x stud multiplier and
big heads to make the game a bit funnier. After I got all the extras it was week two of the holiday and something bad happened, I lost all my progress.

Then the final day came and we hadn’t gone anywhere in the whole holiday so we went somewhere. Sure it was raining but weren’t gonna let a little rain ruin our day, once we got out on the road the clouds started to clear. “Looks like I was right” I told my sister, Hajira and as I said earlier. It was ramadan and of course we were fasting so me and my brothers and sisters had already thought that through. we made 12 mini bite size baby cakes for a treat and then we went to West Gate to buy some things. First we went to Number One Shoes to buy some shoes for my big sis Haji, Nandos was our next stop. Nandos is a restaurant full of hot and spicey food, the most common word they use is peri peri. this time we tried some new food like the pita wrap and boy was it delish.

our day ended at a park in new lynn. we ate our food then went for a play around. But it was soon time to go home so we hopped into the car to go home sleep. Tomorrow is school and I’m looking forward to it. But the holidays ending always gives kids a strange feeling like you want to go to school but at the same time you don’t.
