my rapid rush to school scenario, part 1

Mosa part 1 : I woke up to the brisk cold morning to find my own window frozen, I rapidly rushed outside and saw a blanket of snow covering the white frosted ground but with all the excitement I almost forgot about school, so I scampered down the hallway to wake up my dad. After that I got ready and started to clear the driveway with the shovel while listening to music on my cellphone. By the time my dad came out I was done, but we still had plenty of time left so we had a snow ball war. My dad won because he made the biggest snow ball. We then piled into the car but the car wouldn't start. It took us 5 tries to realize the problem. The engine was icy cold so my dad put boiling hot water over it and then he gave me the signal to start the car. A roaring blast came from engine and we were off, of course we were late, but luckily not that late.
